As Head of Lending Partnerships, you will be responsible for spearheading our lender ecosystem, driving strategic collaborations with financial institutions, and ensuring execution excellence across internal teams. This is a mission-critical leadership role that will work closely with the Founders and functional heads to ensure Vidyut builds and scales sustainable, trust-driven lender partnerships. You will often be expected to represent the Founders in external and internal discussions, make decisions (or manage them until closure), and act as the custodian of all lender relationships for Vidyut. The ideal candidate is strategic yet execution-focused, an excellent stakeholder manager, and a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
