Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Engineer of 4+ years of exprience who can join our Data Exchange Team, which is focused on enabling seamless and secure data integration across platforms. This role demands strong technical expertise in Dell Boomi, Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and Oracle Cloud, along with a sound understanding of the Healthcare domain, particularly Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Dell Boomi and custom Python scripts.

• Optimize and maintain data pipelines for secure and efficient data exchange across internal and external platforms.

• Develop and fine-tune complex PL/SQL stored procedures for Oracle databases.

• Understand and modernize legacy Pick script-based ETL logic.

• Support migration efforts from on-premise systems to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and QA teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and completeness.

• Translate complex Healthcare RCM business rules into scalable data transformations and integration mappings.

Required Skills:

• Dell Boomi (Strong hands-on experience)

• Oracle Database & PL/SQL

• Python (for scripting and automation)

• Strong understanding of Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Good to Have:

• Unix Shell Scripting
