AI Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking to hire two experienced AI Engineers with 8–12 years of experience. The primary purpose of this role is to design, develop, and implement AI solutions, particularly in the area of Generative AI, that align with the organization's strategic goals. The candidates should be able to demonstrate extensive hands-on experience and technical proficiency to contribute effectively from day one.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Generative AI models using Python.
• Collaborate with a team of developers in squads of at least 5, ensuring effective communication and agile practices.
• Utilize LangChain / LangGraph to enhance the functionality of AI applications.
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture and work with embeddings.
• Maintain high code quality through rigorous testing using Pytest and adherence to clean coding practices, including type annotations and linting.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Python
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI
• Experience with LangChain / LangGraph (minimum 1–2 years)
• Familiarity with Embeddings and RAG-based architectures
• Proficiency with Git
• Solid knowledge of Concurrency / Asynchronous Programming
• Experience in writing tests using Pytest
• Strong focus on code quality, including type annotations, linting, and clean coding practices

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in mid to large-size companies
• Prior experience in fully hands-on roles, excluding architects or team leads with minimal coding.

Experience

• Minimum of 8-12 years of relevant professional experience in AI development.
