Summary:
The Lead - Human Resource will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align
with our organizational goals. This role involves handling comprehensive documentation, creating a
performance management system (PMS) from scratch, and managing various HR operations to ensure
effective and efficient HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Management System (PMS) Development:
o Design and implement a comprehensive performance management system (PMS)
tailored to the company’s strategic goals.
o Develop performance appraisal frameworks, evaluation criteria, and feedback
mechanisms.
o Monitor and refine the PMS based on feedback and evolving organizational needs.
2. Documentation Management:
o Create, maintain, and manage all HR-related documentation, including employee
handbooks, policies, procedures, and compliance records.
o Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of HR processes and employee records.
o Oversee the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR functions.
3. HR Operations:
o Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations,
and performance management.
o Implement and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and
regulatory requirements.
o Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to support strategic decision-making.
4. Strategic HR Planning:
o Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
o Identify and address HR needs and challenges to support organizational growth and
efficiency.
o Develop and implement talent management and employee development programs.
5. Employee Engagement and Relations:
o Foster a positive organizational culture and employee engagement through effective
communication and relationship management.
o Address employee grievances and manage conflict resolution processes.
6. Training and Development:
o Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills and
performance.
o Implement leadership development initiatives and succession planning strategies.
7. Compliance and Legal:
o Ensure adherence to labor laws, employment regulations, and industry standards.
o Conduct audits and assessments to ensure HR practices are compliant with legal
requirements.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from Tier 1
College or B School.
• Proven experience (typically 3-7 years) in HR management, with a focus on strategic HR planning
and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing performance management systems.
• Excellent documentation, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and
influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, LMS).
