Job Description
<div>Role Overview<br />
We are seeking high-performing and well-networked Stable Wealth Managers to acquire high-value retail customers and drive investments into Stable Money products such as Fixed Deposits, Corporate Bonds, and Mutual Funds.<br />
● Target ticket size per customer: ₹5–10 lakhs<br />
● Expected to bring strong personal client networks<br />
● Full ownership of acquisition, closure & client relationship<br />
● Performance-driven role with high growth & incentive potential<br />
Key Responsibilities<br />
● Acquire and onboard high-net-worth retail clients using prior industry connects and networking.<br />
● Drive investments in Fixed Deposits, Bonds, and Mutual Funds in the range of ₹5–10 lakhs.<br />
● Build and maintain strong sales pipelines using CRM and structured sales processes.<br />
● Negotiate and close deals independently with minimal support.<br />
● Leverage personal relationships to acquire customers.<br />
● Ensure accurate MIS tracking, compliance adherence, and timely closures.<br />
● Meet and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly targets.<br />
● Work under target pressure with a high ownership and growth mindset.<br />
Candidate Profile:</div>
<div>● Minimum 5 years of client acquisition experience in banks, NBFCs, securities fi rms, or liability-based products.<br />
● Strong track record of customer acquisition, relationship management & sales closure.<br />
● Must carry rich customer contacts and active networks.<br />
● Familiar with sales rigor, process orientation & CRM usage.<br />
● High ownership, negotiation skills, resilience under pressure.<br />
● Graduate / MBA preferred.<br />
● Local city experience & network (must have worked in the same city you’re applying for).<br />
● Proven direct sales to retail customers<br />
● Strong command of sales process, CRM, funnel metrics, and on ground execution.<br />
● Fluency in English + local language.<br />

● FD Volume (₹) & #FDs booked; average ticket size; wallet deepening/renewals<br />
● Bond Volume (₹) & #Bonds booked; average ticket size; wallet deepening/renewals<br />
● Mutual Fund Volume (₹) & #MFs booked; average ticket size; wallet deepening/retention<br />
● Lead to Sale Conversion %, cycle time (TAT), cancellation/error rate<br />
