Job Summary
The Liaison Executive/Assistant Manager - Liaison will oversee and facilitate the building permission process and maintain effective communication with various governmental departments and consultants. This role is crucial for ensuring that all necessary permissions and documentation are completed efficiently and in compliance with regulations, contributing significantly to the success of the company's real estate projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete Building Permission procedure and ensure adherence to relevant codes and regulations.
- Conduct field visits to various Government Departments, including SRA, MHADA, and BMC.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, architects, licensed government engineers, lawyers, and management to streamline processes.
- Prepare applications for all necessary permissions and ensure all required documentation is in order.
- Plan for all required permissions throughout the project cycle and ensure compliance with fund requirements in coordination with the engineering department.
- Address and resolve complaints received from government departments promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of the Building Permission process and applicable codes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in documentation and report preparation.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in the real estate development sector is preferred.
