<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"ArialMT",serif"><span style="color:#212121">As a senior product manager, you will take end to end ownership of Fisdom’s stock broking products (Mobile - Android, iOS & Web), identify market requirements, define the product vision, prioritize, work closely with design and tech team to drive the implementation, rollout and achieving the target business metrics. </span></span></span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"ArialMT",serif"><span style="color:#212121">Key areas of responsibility : </span></span></span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"ArialMT",serif"><span style="color:#212121">- Analyze the effectiveness of the current features and define ways to acquire, engage and monetize users based on analytics data and in-depth understanding of customer needs.<br />
- Work closely with the design & development teams to explain requirements of new features and change requests for existing features.</span></span></span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"ArialMT",serif"><span style="color:#212121">- Closely manage rollout of all product requirements with focus on both quality and time to market.<br />
- Setup, develop and roll-out structured learning experiments through A/B tests, surveys, user interviews for developing and testing hypotheses for product features & messaging.<br />
- In charge of competitor analysis, market analysis, product analysis, business cases, product evolution, feature prioritization, high level requirement gathering, and product marketing.<br />
- Understand the rapidly evolving technology and business trends in Indian financial services(Aadhar, UPI etc) and regulatory environment and spot opportunities for creating unique and differentiated products.</span></span></span></span></span></span></p>

- 5-7 years of product management experience working in the internet economy<br />
- Should have hands on experience of building and managing mobile and web products<br />
- Strong sense of ownership and passion to solve user pain points</span></span></span></span></span></p>
