This role is perfect for someone with experience in order fulfillment, warehouse coordination, inventory tracking, and customer support operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and passionate about delivering a smooth end-to-end customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage Daily Operations: Oversee end-to-end order processing, fulfillment, and dispatch operations. Warehouse Management: Supervise inventory control, picking, packing, and coordination with warehouse teams . Order Management: Handle D2C platforms including Amazon; manage daily operations and ensure timely order fulfillment. Procurement: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for raw materials and packaging supplies. Query Management: Handle customer and order-related queries promptly and efficiently. Logistics Coordination: Manage last-mile delivery and ensure smooth dispatch operations. Data Collection: Track and analyze daily operations data and reporting.</div> <div>Good-to-Have Skills: B2C operations experience Exposure to supply chain management (SCM) Order control systems knowledge Strong organizational and time-management skills 2&ndash;4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or fulfillment (D2C/startup background preferred) Working knowledge of tools like Excel/Google Sheets, basic order management platforms Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently Knowledge of platforms like Amazon, Shopify, or similar is a plus</div>
