Role specifications<br />
The Director - Growth is responsible for driving US business growth and revenue. The role<br />
requires a strong sales background working with international (especially US) markets, an<br />
understanding of the financial services market, as well as an ability to execute a strong people<br />
strategy for the team.<br />
Responsibilities include:<br />
● Develop a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's targets<br />
● Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to continue to scale business<br />
● Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, including managing the ongoing<br />
development and growth of these accounts<br />
● Analyze market trends, monitor competitors, and recommend changes to the company's<br />
strategy to stay ahead of the competition<br />
● Negotiate contracts and partnerships with potential clients and partners<br />
● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing<br />
campaigns to promote the company's products<br />
● Prepare and present regular reports on business performance and results to senior<br />
management</div>

What we look for:<br />
Experience<br />
● Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.<br />
● 8+ years of experience driving sales and business growth with start-up or mid-sized<br />
tech organizations<br />
● Strong experience building and managing sales teams<br />
● Financial services / FinTech experience<br />
● At least 3-4 years of experience dealing with US clients<br />
Skills:<br />
● Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and<br />
conciseness.<br />
● Strong analytical skills to interpret historical data for strategic decision-making.<br />
● Proficient in structuring objectives and incentive plans based on practical experience<br />
and proven methods for motivating sales teams.<br />
● Ability to design a strategic plan by analyzing data and conducting qualitative analyses<br />
to identify opportunities in specific industries and client segments.<br />
● Execution-oriented, combining planning with action to achieve set goals<br />
● Strong sales skills and ability to motivate sales team, participating in sales calls to<br />
understand clients, close important deals, and provide feedback for continuous<br />
improvement.<br />
● Strong Collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams, including<br />
marketing, account management, operations, sales ops, and risk.<br />
● Humble, open to feedback, and avoids office politics; acts as an owner who prioritizes<br />
