Salesforce Developer

Company Overview

Job Summary

We're seeking a proactive and technically adept Salesforce Developer with expertise in ServiceMax, Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL), Service Cloud, and Apex. The ideal candidate will support our global service delivery, working in US-centric shifts, managing end-to-end implementations, configurations, enhancements, and ongoing support of field service and service cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and optimize ServiceMax and Field Service Lightning (FSL) functionality within Salesforce to support service operations.
  • Build custom logic and automation using Apex, SOQL, Flows, Triggers, and declarative tools.
  • Implement and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud features to support case management, entitlements, work orders, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Create efficient Lightning Web Components (LWC) to improve user experience in both web and mobile Salesforce environments (desirable).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and clients during design, development, and delivery phases.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting, debugging, and user support for production issues.
  • Adhere to best practices in coding standards, documentation, testing, and deployment.
  • Participate through the full lifecycle: requirement gathering, solution design, development, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment across environments.
  • Operate in a US-shift schedule, ensuring timely delivery and global client communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or a related field.
  • 3–8+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce development, specifically in ServiceMax and FSL.
  • Strong experience writing custom classes, triggers, and backend logic in Apex.
  • Proficiency in setup, scheduling, dispatcher console, mobile app configuration, work orders, service appointments, and optimization in Field Service Lightning (FSL).
  • Experience with service console configuration, case management, entitlements, and SLA processes in Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Lightning Consultant) are a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to develop and enhance custom components using Lightning Web Components (LWC), especially for user interfaces or mobile experiences.

Experience

3–8+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce development, specifically in ServiceMax and FSL.
