If you are as passionate as we are in making a difference and creating<br /> real impact in a fast-paced and wildly creative environment, then you might just be the person we are<br /> looking for.<br /> Key Responsibilities:<br /><br /> Identify, develop and optimise growth channels to drive revenue growth<br /><br /> Manage and grow existing affiliate channels/partners to drive performance and strengthen<br /> long-term partnerships<br /><br /> Develop and execute online and offline campaigns, including gamification, digital marketing,<br /> brand partnerships, on-ground activation etc. to drive traffic to digital channels<br /><br /> Propose new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as test new approaches to<br /> capture existing demand<br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /> Create dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports<br /> Keep marketing team up-to-date on current campaigns and share learnings of a/b tests<br /> Drive website growth through affiliate and partner channels with a strong sales & growth mindset.<br /> Identify, onboard & manage partners while ensuring ROI-driven, scalable growth<br /> Think creatively to discover new opportunities, negotiate effectively, and deliver tangible results<br /> as a go-getter.<br /> Must Have Qualification:<br /><br /><br /><br /> 2+ years of growth/analytics experience<br /> Is comfortable with working on excel and analytics<br /> Have strong analytical skill
