Job Description
<div>The HR Head for the Sales and Marketing Division is responsible for leading the human resources functions<br />
within the division and providing strategic support to the Sales and Sales Development. This role involves<br />
developing HR strategies tailored to Sales and Marketing teams of Corporate and Field. Will be working closely<br />
with the SD and Sales Heads in areas related to field management, assessments, succession planning, and field<br />
resource optimization.<br />
Accountabilities</div>
<div>Divisional HR Strategy:<br />
Collaborate with the VP HR of the Group to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the Sales and Marketing<br />
division&#39;s goals and objectives.<br />
Ensure divisional HR initiatives complement the overarching company HR strategy.<br />
Strategic Support to Sales Heads and Sales Development (SD) Head:<br />
Work closely with the SD Head and Respective Sales Heads to understand the HR needs of the field management team,<br />
particularly in areas related to assessments, succession planning, and field resource optimization.<br />
Talent Acquisition and Management:<br />
Oversee the recruitment and selection process for Sales and Marketing roles.<br />
Identifying ways to reduce attrition and providing support in faster fulfilment<br />
Collaborate with the SD Head and Respective Sales Heads to identify and address talent management needs within<br />
these teams, emphasizing career development and succession planning.<br />
Corporate S&amp;M positions recruitment, onboarding and development.<br />
Performance Management:<br />
Support, Monitor and Collaborate with the SD Head and Respective Sales Heads to provide guidance on performance<br />
matters and implement improvement strategies.,<br />
Collaborate with S&amp;M HODs on Performance enhancement of Corporate team.<br />
Employee Relations:<br />
Collaborate with the SD Head and Respective Sales Heads to address employee concerns within field management<br />
teams, facilitating prompt resolution and fostering a positive work culture.<br />
Learning and Development:<br />
New recruit Induction process and getting ‘Cycle Ready’ quickly<br />
Identify training needs within field management and Corporate support roles, collaborating with stakeholders to design<br />
and deliver targeted programs.<br />
Work with HODs to ensure continuous learning and skill enhancement for these teams.<br />
<br />
HR Policy Development and Compliance:<br />
Develop and maintain HR policies specific to roles in field management and support, ensuring adherence to legal<br />
requirements and best practices.<br />
Collaborate with the SD Head to ensure consistent application of HR policies within these teams.<br />
HR Metrics and Reporting:<br />
Collect and analyze HR data for field management and support teams, providing insights into workforce trends and other<br />
relevant metrics.<br />
Position Management and Manpower expense management<br />
Collaborate with the SD Head to present divisional HR reports and recommendations.<br />

<div> Post-graduate degree/diploma in Human Resource<br />
Management or a related discipline</div>
<div>RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: (no. of years of<br />
technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or<br />
specific exposure required)</div>
<div> 15+ years total experience with 7+ years in managerial<br />
capacity, in Human Resource Management. preferably within<br />
sales and marketing organizations.</div>
<div>LANGUAGE: English, Hindi(communication) proficiency and At least 1 south</div>
<div>Indian language will be advantage</div>
