Job Summary

As a Financial Analyst, you will be integral to various stages of product development, from innovation to market launch. You will analyze financial statements, perform data analytics, and contribute to go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities

• Work across all product development stages, contributing to early-stage innovation.
• Analyze and interpret financial statements to support business decisions.
• Conduct data analytics to extract actionable insights and trends.
• Assist in formulating and executing go-to-market strategies for new products.
• Prepare clear and concise reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business and product objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or a related domain.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).
• Strong quantitative and logical reasoning abilities.
• High level of integrity and interest in building financial trust across industries.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in early-stage product development or financial technology (FinTech).
• Familiarity with business analytics and reporting software.
• Knowledge of go-to-market strategies and business development.
• Certification(s) such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or related roles.
