As Head of Marketing, you’ll own how the brand is imagined, experienced, and remembered. This is a leadership role for someone who thinks in narratives, builds brands with intent, and connects creativity to real business impact. You’ll shape the long-term brand vision while driving high- quality, culturally relevant execution across every consumer touchpoint. What You’ll Own Brand Strategy & Story • Define and evolve the brand’s positioning, point of view, and voice • Build long-term brand equity while supporting short-term growth priorities • Shape how Beyond shows up in culture, conversations, and kitchens Campaigns & Launches • Lead 360° campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social, influencer, PR, and retail • Own product launches and seasonal brand moments end-toend • Work with creative, media, and production partners to deliver standout work Consumer & Culture • Stay deeply plugged into modern Indian kitchens, consumer behaviour, and cultural shifts • Use research, data, and social listening to uncover insights and white-space opportunities • Turn insights into sharp strategies and compelling creative directions Brand x Business • Drive awareness, consideration, and preference through brand-led initiatives • Ensure creative ideas are grounded in clear objectives and measurable outcomes • Partner closely with Growth and Performance teams to amplify impact Measurement & Learning • Own brand health metrics and campaign effectiveness tracking • Build feedback loops to learn, iterate, and continuously improve • Bring a data-informed, experimentation mindset to brand building Cross-Functional Leadership • Work closely with Product, Sales, Growth, Retail, and PR teams • Be the internal voice and guardian of the brand across the organization • Enable teams with clarity, alignment, and strong brand principles Brand Systems & Governance • Own brand guidelines, visual identity, and tone of voice • Ensure consistency across content, packaging, retail, and communications • Evolve brand systems to scale without losing soul Team & Culture • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing brand and creative team • Create a culture of ownership, curiosity, and high creative standards • Develop future brand leaders, not just executors Who You Are • 10–12 years of experience in brand marketing • Experience building consumer brands across FMCG, D2C, appliances, lifestyle, or tech • Strong track record of leading agencies and cross-functional teams • Sharp strategic thinker with strong creative judgment • Comfortable in fast-moving, growth-stage environments • Someone who cares deeply about both craft and outcomes What Success Looks Like in This Role • Beyond Appliances is clearly recognized as a distinctive, innovative kitchen brand • Brand campaigns are talked about, remembered, and linked to business outcomes • Strong brand health metrics with visible improvement in consideration and preference • A motivated, high-performing brand team that thinks strategically and executes sharply Why Beyond • A chance to build a category-shaping brand, not just run campaigns • High ownership, high trust, and direct impact on business decisions • Space to experiment, push boundaries, and do meaningful work • A culture that values clarity, creativity, and accountability Why This Role Matters This role is central to Beyond Appliances’ ambition of building a strong, enduring consumer brand.
