Our community? Loyal, sharp, and growing fast. Role Overview This is a high-impact, high-ownership role working directly with the founders across business priorities. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and problem-solving - stepping in wherever the business needs you most. You'll be the Founder’s eyes and ears across everything - growth, ops, supply chain, inventory, hiring, org structure & investor relations. This is a high-accountability role, and also one that requires genuine warmth - to protect and nurture the team we’re building. No ego. No attitude. Just someone who holds the ropes together and makes the whole show run better. If you’re someone who enjoys building from 0→1, thrives in ambiguity, and wants a front-row seat to scaling a brand, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities This is not a “support” role. This is a build, run, and fix whatever is needed role. You will act as the founder’s eyes and ears across the business - with full visibility and real accountability. ● Own What Matters (0 → 1 → Scale) ○ Lead critical, high-impact projects end-to-end, from idea to execution to results ○ Independently evaluate new ideas, opportunities, and problem statements before they even become projects ○ Build the first version of everything - strategy, structure, execution plan - and then transition it to the right teams ○ Step in wherever the business is breaking, lagging, or unclear - fix it & optimise for efficiency

● Be the Founder’s Extension ○ Operate as a true second brain - tracking priorities, closing loops, and driving decisions forward, ensuring nothing slips ○ Represent the founder in internal and external meetings with full context and ownership ○ Work across growth, operations, supply chain, hiring, and investor conversations seamlessly

● Growth & Expansion: Own the Numbers ○ Have a working command over P&L, cash flows, and key financial metrics ○ Maintain MIS, track performance vs targets, and flag risks early ○ Identify new opportunities for revenue and brand growth ○ Support international expansion and new market entry ○ Analyze data, derive insights, and translate them into action - bring financial thinking into everyday decision-making ● Drive Business Through Data & Insight ○ Own the business dashboard - customer, marketing, product, and revenue metrics ○ Break down performance, translate data into sharp, actionable decisions & build feedback loops for insights ○ Track ROI across performance marketing and brand spends with clarity ● Build Systems, Not Chaos ○ Bring structure to a fast-moving environment - processes, trackers, cadences ○ Run weekly check-ins across teams and ensure alignment and follow-through ○ Identify inefficiencies and fix them before they become problems ● Help Build the Team ○ Work closely with the founder & the team on hiring - from sourcing to closing ○ Help define KRAs, performance benchmarks, and org structure ○ Hold a high bar on talent while maintaining warmth and trust within the team - be someone the team can rely on ● Understand & Strengthen Operations ○ Develop a deep, hands-on understanding of warehouse, logistics, and supply chain ○ Work with the Ops team to solve bottlenecks in real time ○ Oversee inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and inward shipments ○ Step in during high-pressure situations and ensure execution doesn’t break

Who You Are ● 3-4 years of experience, ideally in similar roles - Founder’s Office / CXO’s Office ● Experience or exposure to fundraising, investments, or financial analysis is a big plus ● High ownership and high accountability - if it’s in your visibility, it’s your responsibility ● Sharp thinking + strong execution - you can zoom out and zoom in ● Curiosity and learning agility - you will be expected to pick up anything, fast ● Warmth, empathy, and zero ego - you build people while building the business Why You'll Love Working with Us At d'you, creativity meets science.
