Job Title: Finance Controller<br /> Location: Mumbai, HO<br /> Experience: 3-6 years <br /> Budget: 7- 8 LPA (10 LPA Max)<br /> Immediate requirement<br />  <br /> Position Overview:<br /> We are seeking a skilled and strategic Finance Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of financial principles, and a proven track record of effective financial management.<br />  <br /> Ledger Tracking:<br /> Monitor and maintain accurate tracking of ledgers to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.<br /> Bills of Material Analysis:<br /> Review and analyze bills of material to ensure proper costing and inventory management.<br /> Rate Checking and Procurement Validation:<br /> Validate procurement processes by checking rates and ensuring compliance with company policies.<br /> Advance and Payment Tracking:<br /> Oversee tracking of advances and payments to ensure timely processing and reconciliation.<br /> Account Balance Monitoring:<br /> Regularly monitor account balances to maintain financial health and liquidity.<br /> Vendor Relationship Management:<br /> Conduct monthly reviews of vendor relationships and manage the closing of financial balances to ensure effective partnerships.<br /> Audit Support:<br /> Provide support for internal and external audits, ensuring that all necessary data and documentation are available.<br /> Financial MIS:<br /> Prepare and present financial Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to facilitate strategic decision-making.<br />  <br /> Qualifications<br /> MBA Finance / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Inter CA  <br /> Proven experience as a Finance Controller or in a similar financial management role (3-6 years preferred).<br /> Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.<br /> Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.<br /> Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
