Job Summary

We are seeking a Martech Developer who will play a hands-on technical role focused on implementing and configuring marketing technology platforms. The ideal candidate will execute martech solutions across platforms such as Segment, Hightouch, Iterable, and possess the technical flexibility to adapt to new tools as needed, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Customer Data Platforms (CDP) such as Segment, Hightouch, and mParticle.
• Build customer data flows and create audience segmentation.
• Set up email and messaging automation within platforms like Iterable, Klaviyo, and Braze.
• Create API integrations and configure webhooks.
• Implement data transformation processes and identity resolution techniques.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across the marketing technology stack.
• Support platform migrations and conduct performance optimization.
• Collaborate with consulting teams to understand and fulfill technical requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with martech platforms.
• Technical proficiency in API integration, JavaScript/Python, SQL, and data transformation.
• Experience with platforms such as Segment, Hightouch, and Iterable or similar.
• Understanding of customer data models and privacy compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Platform certifications in Segment, Iterable, or Hightouch.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure.
• Familiarity with additional martech platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot.

Experience

4-9 years of relevant experience in marketing technology implementations and configurations.

Environment

The position is available in Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad, with a preference for Pune. The work setting is typically in an office environment.
