Responsibilities:

1. SAP ERP (S4/HANA) implementation and in-depth working knowledge of the same

2. Producing monthly management accounts (including system driven cash flow) and reports with strict adherence to company policies and timetables; responsible for all accounting entries

3. Ensuring compliance with relevant local tax, accounting, auditing, and external reporting requirements

4. Leading and coordinating various audits including but not limited to big 4 statutory, internal and inventory audits

5. Responsible for reconciliation of debtors/receivables basis pre-defined TATs

6. Responsible for inventory management/controls/ageing and supplier payment management

7. Leading, mentoring, and providing clear guidance to junior finance staff

8. Treasury oversight in ensuring effective management of working capital

9. Providing analysis and strategic insight to senior management as and when required

10. Continually seeking to improve productivity and efficiency through the development of financial and accounting processes and controls

 

Skills Required:

1. CA must (mandatory)

2. Minimum 10-12 years of experience excluding article ship; preferably from a products based company or manufacturing background

3. Experience of implementing and working on ERP system (SAP Hana) (mandatory);

4. Must have led both internal and statutory audit processes in organisations having big 4 auditors;

5. Strong people manager and handled/led a team with regards to accounting and financial processes;

6. Strong focus on controls and processes and high attention to detail;

7. Confidence to challenge senior opinions and maintain positive working relationship;

8. Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with business partners and ensuring processes are being followed
