Job Summary

The Unified MDM role focuses on managing and administering Windows endpoints using Microsoft Intune. The position requires expertise in endpoint management, security, and automation to ensure efficient device enrollment, compliance, and application deployment. This role contributes to the organization's goal of maintaining secure, compliant, and well-managed endpoint environments across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, compliance policy enforcement, and application deployment.
• Configure Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) settings within Microsoft Intune.
• Troubleshoot complex endpoint management issues related to Windows devices.
• Administer endpoint security tools such as Microsoft Defender and implement encryption technologies like BitLocker.
• Utilize Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) for identity and access management.
• Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell to automate Windows device management tasks.
• Implement endpoint security best practices, including patch management, compliance monitoring, and vulnerability management.
• Manage VPN configurations, certificate management, and remote access solutions to support secure connectivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Windows endpoint management with a focus on Microsoft Intune.
• Expertise in Unified Management and Windows Desktop Management via Intune.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Azure AD.
• Proficient in Group Policy Management and troubleshooting.
• Intermediate skills in Mobile Device Management for iOS devices using Intune.
• Basic knowledge of Cloud Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Thin Client technologies, specifically IGEL.
• Intermediate scripting skills in PowerShell, with experience in DevOps and automation.
• Solid understanding of endpoint security practices and tools.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced knowledge of cloud-based endpoint management solutions.
• Experience with additional scripting or automation frameworks beyond PowerShell.
• Familiarity with broader IT infrastructure components related to endpoint management.

Experience

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in Windows endpoint management and Microsoft Intune administration.

Environment

• Full-time, in-office work mode.
• Job locations include Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai.
• Work environment involves managing enterprise endpoint devices within corporate office settings.

Salary
