• Handling Retail Channel Network of sellers / resellers<br />
• Achieving Targets (Distributor/Retailer & Executive wise)<br />
• Distribution network Expansion and penetration, maintaining<br />
good business relations with key retailors<br />
• Alternate Channel set up<br />
• Local market visibility and visibility at point of sale<br />
• Team building and management</div>

<div>• Handling Retail Channel Network of sellers / resellers<br />
o Distributor Selection and Appointment<br />
o Daily distribution channel operations management<br />
o Maintaining inventory at distributor point<br />
o Manage and facilitate collections from channel partners<br />
as per company policy</div>
<div>• Achieving Targets (Distributor/Retailer & Executive wise)<br />
o Value targets<br />
o Volume targets<br />
o Across product Mix<br />
• Distribution network Expansion and penetration, maintaining<br />
good business relations with key retailors<br />
o Product display/visibility<br />
o Product /Service availability<br />
• Alternate Channel set up<br />
o Set up alternate distribution channels for Mobile<br />
products<br />
o Drive business volume through these channel partners<br />
• Local market visibility and visibility at point of sale<br />
• Team building and management – manage and drive<br />
performance through the team</div>

• Coordination with various departments, like Operations, IT,<br />
Mktg, Finance etc. to extend seamless customer onboarding<br />
and activation experience<br />
• Providing regular and timely feedbacks from Customers,<br />
retailers and distributors</div>
<div>Experience Required<br />
(Minimum relevant or equivalent<br />
industry experience required<br />

<div>• 8 to 12 years of experience in managing consumer and partner<br />
facing business<br />
• Experience in both channel and direct sales<br />
• Sales Planning & Performance Management experience with<br />
territory handling experience<br />
• Exposure to service-oriented product category with customer<br />
handling skills will be an added advantage<br />
• Experience in Handset OEM Distribution Channel Experience:<br />
4+ years in Smart Phones/ Other Mobiles/ Operator Business<br />
(General Trade) etc<br />
• Local handset dealer network knowledge and exposure is key<br />
• Expertise in handling large number of front-line sales forces</div>
<div>Academia<br />

<div>• MBA or Graduate with strong academic back ground</div>
