<div>JOB DESCRIPTION<br /> Position / Grade State Head &ndash; MPCG<br /> Department, Function Retail Sales<br /> Location Indore<br /> Reports to (Position) Regional Sales Manager</div> <div>Job Summary<br /> (The primary purpose or objectives<br /> and an overall description of the<br /> position)</div> <div>:<br /> Key objective:<br /> &bull; Handling Retail Channel Network of sellers / resellers<br /> &bull; Achieving Targets (Distributor/Retailer &amp; Executive wise)<br /> &bull; Distribution network Expansion and penetration, maintaining<br /> good business relations with key retailors<br /> &bull; Alternate Channel set up<br /> &bull; Local market visibility and visibility at point of sale<br /> &bull; Team building and management</div> <div>List The Duties and<br /> Responsibilities<br /> (That are significant in achieving<br /> the objectives of the job)</div> <div>&bull; Handling Retail Channel Network of sellers / resellers<br /> o Distributor Selection and Appointment<br /> o Daily distribution channel operations management<br /> o Maintaining inventory at distributor point<br /> o Manage and facilitate collections from channel partners<br /> as per company policy</div> <div>&bull; Achieving Targets (Distributor/Retailer &amp; Executive wise)<br /> o Value targets<br /> o Volume targets<br /> o Across product Mix<br /> &bull; Distribution network Expansion and penetration, maintaining<br /> good business relations with key retailors<br /> o Product display/visibility<br /> o Product /Service availability<br /> &bull; Alternate Channel set up<br /> o Set up alternate distribution channels for Mobile<br /> products<br /> o Drive business volume through these channel partners<br /> &bull; Local market visibility and visibility at point of sale<br /> &bull; Team building and management &ndash; manage and drive<br /> performance through the team</div> <div>OneAssist Hiring Doc_JD Page 2 of 2 2025<br /> &bull; Coordination with various departments, like Operations, IT,<br /> Mktg, Finance etc. to extend seamless customer onboarding<br /> and activation experience<br /> &bull; Providing regular and timely feedbacks from Customers,<br /> retailers and distributors</div> <div>Experience Required<br /> (Minimum relevant or equivalent<br /> industry experience required<br /> Please also state what might be<br /> desirous / advantageous)</div> <div>&bull; 8 to 12 years of experience in managing consumer and partner<br /> facing business<br /> &bull; Experience in both channel and direct sales<br /> &bull; Sales Planning &amp; Performance Management experience with<br /> territory handling experience<br /> &bull; Exposure to service-oriented product category with customer<br /> handling skills will be an added advantage<br /> &bull; Experience in Handset OEM Distribution Channel Experience:<br /> 4+ years in Smart Phones/ Other Mobiles/ Operator Business<br /> (General Trade) etc<br /> &bull; Local handset dealer network knowledge and exposure is key<br /> &bull; Expertise in handling large number of front-line sales forces</div> <div>Academia<br /> (The minimum / critical<br /> qualifications you deem necessary<br /> for this profile.)</div> <div>&bull; MBA or Graduate with strong academic back ground</div> <div>Personal Attributes</div> <div>&bull; Highly self-motivated and directed to work in unstructured start<br /> up scenario to build and create business<br /> &bull; Strong relationship skills with trade and channel partners<br /> &bull; Keen attention to details with strong process management skills<br /> &bull; High bias for quality execution &amp; speed<br /> &bull; Superior market knowledge with strong grip on customer and<br /> competition<br /> &bull; Ability to motivate teams to work on common set goals</div>
