Product Manager @ VComply We believe in delivering value to our customers by simplifying their unique problems. To help us achieve this goal, we are looking for a Product Manager who can continuously innovate and adapt to the dynamic requirements of the industry. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You’ll be responsible for breaking down complex problems into steps that drive efficient product development. Responsibilities • Drive product ideation, testing, recommendations, and execution on the consumer facing website with a focus on growing user engagement • Lead the product strategy and prioritize requests according to overall business objectives • Conduct market research to understand the competitors, market and customers. • Prepare, groom and maintain a product roadmap that represents the product’s vision and goals. • Communicate optimally with all stakeholders and set realistic expectations around delivery of initiatives • Hypothesize, experiment, and iterate user experiences, improving learning and accelerating product development • Product Owner for engineering teams working on the product - daily stand-ups, grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and refinement etc. • Gather, analyze, and document product requirements with the ability to turn Epics into User Stories with detailed acceptance criteria • Work with marketing partners to identify areas of opportunity and support them in asset creation • Analyze data and keep tab of operational metrics such as user acquisition, conversions, and revenue Qualifications • 5+ years of SaaS Product Management experience with 3+ years in B2B SaaS product management • Passionate about solving customer problems with a strong appreciation for customer experience • Knowledge of the Scrum framework and Agile principles • Ability to communicate technical or detailed information clearly to non-technical audiences • Intellectually curious and not just willing, but excited, to dive deeply into a new area of knowledge and quickly develop an expertise • Have a strong sense of entrepreneurial spirit and ownership of projects • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization • Excellent written and verbal communication skills About VComply VComply is an agile cloud (software as a service) GRC platform with capabilities to manage GRC in an easy-to-use and intuitive environment that delivers business value, brings a contextual understanding of GRC to enable an organization to reliably achieve objectives while addressing uncertainty and acting with integrity.
