Senior Principal - Technical Architect - Externalisation Products

Job Summary

The Technical Architect for Externalisation Products will play a critical role in defining and implementing technical architectures for the Global Supply Chain Externalisation capability. By collaborating closely with Product Directors, Product Owners, Product Managers, Enterprise Architects, and Engineering teams, the Technical Architect will ensure seamless integration of advanced collaboration solutions across platforms and systems. This position is integral to supporting the deployment of innovative technologies in external manufacturing, direct procurement, and business development. The role aims to enhance the organization’s external manufacturing capabilities, driving efficiency, connectivity, and collaboration across the supply chain. Additionally, the Technical Architect will provide technical oversight of the delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational tech architectural standards and global regulatory compliance requirements. Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the technical architecture for external manufacturing platforms, including One Network, Factory Integration Layer, and other supply chain technologies.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineering teams, and strategic partners like Accenture to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain integration strategies between internal systems and contract manufacturing partners, focusing on data architecture and connectivity.
• Support the implementation of major technologies such as SAP, OMP, and Digital Thread for Life Sciences (DTLS).
• Lead agile product delivery teams, contributing to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards and maintain high-quality technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong technical skills in system architecture, integration strategies, and data architecture.
• Proficiency in supply chain technologies and platforms, particularly in external manufacturing.
• Experience with major technologies such as SAP, OMP, and Digital Thread for Life Sciences (DTLS).
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in leading agile product delivery teams.
• Knowledge of global regulatory compliance requirements related to supply chain and manufacturing.

Experience

• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in technical architecture, system integration, and supply chain technologies.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹8,500,000.
