Job Summary
The Brand and PR Manager will be responsible for owning the brand's presence and storytelling across various channels. This role is positioned for someone who thrives in ambiguity and seeks genuine ownership over their work, contributing to building a globally loved brand and its cultural identity.
Responsibilities
- Own brand initiatives end-to-end across content, paid media, social media, public relations, and partnerships.
- Build and run Suvāa’s content engine across organic and paid channels, including ads, email, WhatsApp, and user-generated content (UGC).
- Define and evolve the brand’s voice, aesthetic, and cultural positioning.
- Lead content and creative direction for campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strategize monthly social media and paid media calendars.
- Build and manage partnerships with creators and influencers.
- Oversee Suvāa’s Instagram community and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Collaborate closely with the performance team to plan, execute, and scale campaigns.
- Own key performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in social media management, public relations, UGC partnerships, brand marketing, and content strategy.
- Proven track record in managing content across both organic and paid channels (e.g., Instagram, Meta Ads, Google).
- Experience working with stylists, celebrities, creators, and influencers, including identification, briefing, and output management.
- Strong creative judgment with the ability to ideate, research, brief, review, and enhance content.
- Familiarity with performance metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Conversion Rate (CVR), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), including their application in decision-making.
- Experience in working cross-functionally with design, performance, and operations teams.
- Independent execution capabilities with a strong ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion.

- Experience in building and running digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and analytics platforms.
Experience
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the fields of brand marketing, social media management, and public relations.
