Position: Fund Management team- Fixed Income

Budget: Open as of now/Industry standards
Requirements:
- 10 years+ experience in investment management and a deep understanding of fixed income markets
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate investment strategies and insights to clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools, investment management software like Bloomberg
- Candidate criteria Education : Master’s degree in finance/economics/Accounts or Professional degree like CA/CFA
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with scheme objectives, risk framework, and market conditions.
- Monitor the portfolio performance. Construct and adjust portfolios as necessary
- Collaborate with the team to formulate investment ideas
- Communicate investment strategy updates, market outlooks and support sales in marketing efforts
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices.

2. What shall be the AUM for the role - AUM for Fixed Income is 60k & for hybrid funds it is separate. AUM allotted to the candidate will be dependent on the experience and interest of the candidate.
3. Current team size - 2 Dealers, 3 Fund Managers & 6 Analysts apart from Head of FI
