Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Finance Lead to drive financial strategy and performance across Revenue & Margins, Marketing, and Delivery & Partnerships. This role will enable efficient, scalable, and profitable growth by partnering closely with business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own business performance visibility across verticals.
• Drive unit economics and profitability improvements with Operations for creating visibility.
• Partner with business leaders on strategic decisions.
• Ensure financial governance and cost control.
• Deliver insights for leadership decision-making.
• Ensure guard-rails on revenue leakages, reconciliations with Management Reporting Team.

Qualifications

• Professional qualifications such as CA (Chartered Accountant), CMA (Certified Management Accountant), or MBA (Master of Business Administration) preferred.
• 6-7 years experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Finance, or Strategy.
• Strong exposure to unit economics and P&L (Profit and Loss) management.
