Job Summary

The Principal Product Manager will oversee global product management and portfolio tools, ensuring alignment with business strategies and regional needs. This role is crucial for enhancing product performance and managing a suite of tools that support demand management and project capabilities across Pharma Tech.

Responsibilities

• Manage a global product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across markets to gather requirements and ensure the product meets diverse regional needs.
• Work closely with the development team to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related queries and issues from global markets.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee the procurement and distribution process for licenses of tools such as Copilot, Mural, and Salesforce on a global scale for the entire organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science).
• Proven experience in product management, particularly in a global context.
• Strong analytical skills to assess product performance and user feedback.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with demand management and project management tools.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks and performance management systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Pharma Tech industry.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and user-centered design principles.
• Familiarity with tools like Copilot, Mural, and Salesforce.

Experience

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management or related roles, with a focus on global product strategies and portfolio management.

Environment

• The position is based in Bengaluru, Luxor North Tower, and operates in a hybrid work mode, combining both in-office and remote work.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹6,500,000 per annum.
