 Sourcing, Screening, and Closing Investment Opportunities: You will be involved in sourcing, evaluation, and transaction efforts to ensure we make the best investments. This includes building and maintaining relationships with, and contributing value to, the venture capital and startup ecosystem.  Portfolio Management & Exits: You will work closely with portfolio teams to help them in realizing their full potential, including strategic decisions, improving unit economics, hiring & retaining the best talent, raising capital, finding and facilitating exits at the right time, and more.  Marketing: You will be responsible for working with Capria’s marketing team to enhance Capria’s visibility and brand across the continent through a “portfolio first” approach, as well as helping create the right content to support portfolio growth.  Ecosystem Development: You will build connections in the industry and with ecosystem stakeholders.
