Position: Head of Business - Delivery

Location: Indore

Reporting to : Founder and work alongside the General Atlantic Platform CEO

Key Responsibilities:

• Post detailed orientation with Prosenjit Roy Chowdhury and the GA Platform team, be responsible for the P&L, Strategy, Product and operations for AB’s culinary delivery business.
• Responsible for End-to-end of day-to-day operations pan-India with the COO while setting the best standards for operational excellence and profitability.
• Building and developing AB’s online brand.
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth matrix.
• Strategize on centre expansion and deliver on the long term footprint envisioned for AB’s.
• Work closely with the Investors and Finance team to prepare annual budgets, monthly reviews
• Participate in expansion activities of AB like equity investments, acquisitions and corporate alliances.
• Work closely with the human resource department to ensure great hiring.
• Promote company culture and vision.
