3. Options Trader / Product Lead (Crypto Options Platform)
Responsibilities:
Guide the development of a crypto options platform using insights from real-world trading experience.
Provide guidance on product design, risk frameworks, and pricing models.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to build a competitive platform.
Develop strategies to attract liquidity providers, institutional traders, and retail participants.
Offer insights on derivatives markets, volatility strategies, and risk management.
Contribute to business strategy by aligning product decisions with market trends and user needs.
Requirements:
5-10 years of previous experience as an options trader at a hedge fund, investment bank, or other financial institution. (Brokerage houses worked as Options trader)
Deep understanding of options theory, volatility modeling, and risk management strategies.
Build Options calculator, back testing tool for option’s.
Option Trader is must skill set.
Either High on Product, must be a trader Or first principal thinking with Trader (Equity trader could work).

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building new products in crypto.
Ability to translate trading insights into practical product decisions.
Strong communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
