3. Options Trader / Product Lead (Crypto Options Platform)

Responsibilities:

• Guide the development of a crypto options platform using insights from real-world trading experience.
• Provide guidance on product design, risk frameworks, and pricing models.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to build a competitive platform.
• Develop strategies to attract liquidity providers, institutional traders, and retail participants.
• Offer insights on derivatives markets, volatility strategies, and risk management.
• Contribute to business strategy by aligning product decisions with market trends and user needs.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of previous experience as an options trader at a  hedge fund,  investment bank, or other financial institution. (Brokerage houses worked as Options trader)
• Deep understanding of options theory, volatility modeling, and risk management strategies.
• Build Options calculator, back testing tool for option’s.
• Option Trader is must skill set.
• Either High on  Product, must be a trader Or first principal thinking with Trader (Equity trader could work).
• ⅓ trading with ⅔ products.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building new products in crypto.
• Ability to translate trading insights into practical product decisions.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
