Responsibilities

• Mentor junior data analysts and engineers, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in the aftermarket or service industries.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and big data technologies.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful analytics solutions in a complex, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
