Job Summary

We are seeking a resourceful and knowledgeable professional to specialize in Workday Prism. The ideal candidate will leverage their 3-5 years of experience in this domain while working remotely to support data management, analytics, and reporting initiatives. This role is integral to ensuring that our Workday Prism environment is optimized for efficient data extraction, integration, and transformation to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the Workday Prism environment, ensuring data integrity and compliance with business requirements.
• Design, develop, and execute data integrations and ETL processes to streamline reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues or bottlenecks in the Workday Prism platform.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users, enabling efficient usage and understanding of Workday Prism functionalities.
• Provide ongoing support by troubleshooting technical challenges and implementing maintenance strategies to ensure continuous system improvement.

Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in Workday Prism configuration, data extraction, and integration processes.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills to effectively interpret and present complex data sets.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Certifications: Any relevant certifications in Workday or data management will be advantageous.
• Remote Work Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to manage responsibilities and communicate effectively in a remote work environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with additional Workday modules and data management tools.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives in a dynamic, remote setting.

Experience

• A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with Workday Prism or similar data integration and analytics platforms.
• Proven track record of managing remote projects and collaborating with distributed teams.
