Job Summary

The Business Head will play a crucial role in meeting with gynecologists to enhance business relations and drive sales growth. The individual will oversee a large team, ensuring effective operations within each center, which will include multiple Business Development (BD) heads.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a large team of BD heads to reach out and establish relationships with gynecologists.
• Oversee the operations of multiple centers, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with business objectives.
• Report directly to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) with regular updates on team performance and market trends.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve market presence and increase sales in the designated territories.
• Provide training and support to BD heads to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong background in either the pharmaceutical or diagnostics industry.
• Proven leadership experience managing large teams, preferably in a sales or business development capacity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship-building with healthcare professionals.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies that achieve desired outcomes.
