The candidate will<br /> be responsible for driving engineering change management, BOM (Bill of Materials) verification and<br /> comparison, and ensuring smooth transition of products from design to mass production. The role demands<br /> strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.<br /> Key Responsibilities<br /> • Manage Engineering Change Management (ECN/ECO/PCN) processes and ensure timely<br /> implementation in manufacturing.<br /> • Review, verify, and compare BOMs (Bill of Materials) for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with<br /> customer requirements.<br /> • Validate component alternates, substitutes, and compliance with EMS standards (RoHS/REACH).<br /> • Support NPI (New Product Introduction) activities and provide manufacturability feedback to design<br /> teams.<br /> • Collaborate with procurement and sourcing teams to evaluate component availability, cost, and risk.<br /> • Work with design, quality, and production teams to resolve engineering or manufacturing issues.<br /> • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and reduce defects.<br /> • Prepare and maintain engineering
