Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for owning the customer relationship across discovery, retention, and advocacy. This role focuses on transforming customer data and digital presence into measurable growth and loyalty, optimizing the customer lifecycle without inflating spending.
Responsibilities

CRM & Customer Lifecycle Management:
- Lead the integration of customer data from offline and digital sources into a single, actionable customer database.
- Design and execute CRM-led lifecycle journeys (onboarding, retention, win-back, advocacy) with personalized, segmented communication.
- Drive repeat rate as the primary KPI, creating value-driven journeys to reduce dependency on standing discounts.
- Establish the data foundation, segmentation, and dashboards to guide all marketing decisions based on customer insights.

Brand Store Management:
- Own the brand store (Direct-to-Consumer, D2C) funnel process from traffic acquisition to conversion and revenue analysis.
- Identify product-market fit (PMF) across categories and occasions, determining which SKUs and price points perform best online.
- Develop precise tracking so that every rupee spent on digital campaigns is linked to revenue generation.

Discovery Enhancement:
- Oversee Google Business Profiles for location accuracy, imagery, reviews, local rankings, and overall discoverability.
- Drive Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for the brand store and improve visibility through AI-led discovery solutions.
- Enhance organic search visibility and ratings/review ecosystems across all digital platforms.

Digital Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute ongoing and event-specific campaigns across paid social and search channels that yield positive ROI.
- Collaborate with brand and creative teams to deliver campaigns on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards.
- Create a culture of testing and learning, structuring experiments to drive insights and scaling successful tactics.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5-8 years in digital marketing with substantial ownership of CRM and lifecycle marketing, preferably in food, retail, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), or consumer goods sectors.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in CRM/CDP systems, Google Analytics 4, Google Business Profile, and digital advertising on Meta and Google platforms.
- Analytical Skills:
- Strong data-driven approach to problem-solving with emphasis on KPIs such as repeat purchase rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Creative Thinking:
- Ability to develop innovative strategies and repeatable playbooks that ensure sustained marketing effectiveness.
- Collaboration:
- Proven track record of working across teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in managing customer journeys, building operational playbooks, and conducting market analysis.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in digital marketing and consumer behavior in the food industry.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing role.
