Key Responsibilities:
● Performance Marketing Strategy
○ Develop and own the overall performance marketing strategy to drive traffic, revenue growth, and customer acquisition.
○ Implement best practices for scaling paid media campaigns across platforms like Google and Mets Ads including new ad forms like CTWA and app install ones.
○ Optimize campaigns for key metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
● Campaign Management & Optimization
○ Lead the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, including planning, budgeting, execution, and performance analysis.
○ Continuously optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, creative iterations, audience targeting, and bid adjustments.
○ Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.

● Data Analysis & Reporting
○ Analyze campaign performance data and customer behavior metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
○ Create detailed performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
○ Use predictive analytics to forecast performance outcomes and guide budget allocation.
Requirements:
● 2-6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within a consultative sales or HealthTech startup.
● Proven track record of scaling paid media budgets and achieving aggressive growth targets.
● Deep expertise in key performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, etc.).
● Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups), and marketing automation platforms.
● Bonus: Experience in managing Out-of-Home (OOH) campaigns such as billboards, transit ads, and hyperlocal branding efforts.
