Director, Healthcare Digital Strategy & Partnerships

1. A market-facing healthcare leader who can open doors, build strategic relationships, and position Certinal as a partner in digital transformation for hospitals and healthcare organizations.

2. Requirements: 

   1. 8–15+ years in healthcare partnerships, healthcare consulting, health IT, or digital transformation roles

   2. Experience working with provider organizations, hospitals, health systems, or healthcare service firms

   3. Strong network across healthcare decision-makers and influencers

   4. Experience in solution-led conversations around modernization, compliance, digital workflows, or transformation

   5. Ability to build strategic partnerships and enterprise opportunities

   6. Familiarity with healthcare operational challenges and regulatory environment

   7. Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
