HCL DX Developer
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize HCL Digital Experience applications to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and efficient digital solutions.
- Optimize system performance, ensuring robust and reliable development practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing post-deployment support.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of code base, solutions, and best practices.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve platform capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Solid experience in HCL Digital Experience development and customization.
- Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with Java or related backend technologies.
- Demonstrated understanding of enterprise portal frameworks and content management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud-based deployment and modern DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with database management systems and integration techniques.
- HCL certification or experience with similar digital experience platforms.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and UI/UX best practices.
Experience
- Proven track record in developing and maintaining digital experience solutions, preferably using HCL Digital Experience.
- Prior exposure to end-to-end project lifecycle management and working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
