Job Summary

Join our platform team to build and maintain the internal systems that keep Neverinstall running smoothly. You'll work on customer billing systems, workload tagging, monitoring infrastructure, and deployment automation that supports our enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Improve internal systems for customer workload tagging and accurate billing.
• Build monitoring and observability systems for multi-cloud deployments.
• Develop automation for deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes.
• Work with our microservices architecture (Node.js, Go, GraphQL).
• Implement tracking and diagnostics for network and performance issues.
• Maintain and enhance our GitHub Actions workflows and deployment automation.
• Work with Kubernetes operators, Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs), and cluster management.
• Integrate with cloud provider billing and monitoring APIs.
• Build internal tooling for customer onboarding and support.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of experience with DevOps, platform engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
  • Proficiency in Go, Node.js, or Python for automation and tooling.
  • Experience with monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, or similar).
  • Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and GitHub Actions.
  • Understanding of multi-cloud architecture and management.
  • Experience with billing systems, usage tracking, or SaaS metrics.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with service mesh and observability platforms.
• Knowledge of GraphQL and microservices architecture.
• Experience with payment systems integration (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay).
• Understanding of enterprise billing and chargeback systems.
• Background in B2B SaaS platform engineering.
