Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Concierge specializing in Market Research to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements, curating vehicle listings, monitoring insurance policies, and maintaining timely communication. You will leverage your market research expertise and Microsoft Excel proficiency to support our clients' vehicle acquisition and insurance needs, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and accuracy in information delivery.

Responsibilities

• Understand Client Requirements:
  • Gather and comprehend client preferences and needs to tailor vehicle recommendations accordingly.
• Curate Vehicles:
  • Identify and curate a selection of vehicles based on client specifications.
  • Update curated listings every 48 hours to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Client Communication:
  • Maintain value-driven communication with clients via email.
  • Address client queries related to curation and market research promptly.
• Team Coordination:
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate the progression of client activities to subsequent stages.
  • Update curated lists based on evolving client requirements.
• Market Research Expertise:
  • Utilize market research skills to stay informed about the latest trends and offerings in the automotive industry.
• Microsoft Excel Proficiency:
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, organization, and reporting.
• Car Concierge Pro Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with vehicle acquisition, lease negotiations, and the car buying process.
  • Research and present vehicle options based on client preferences to maintain client satisfaction through prompt and accurate responses.
• AiM Responsibilities:
  • Monitor clients’ existing insurance policies to ensure competitive premiums are maintained without compromising coverage.
  • Continuously check major insurance providers for better premium options and inform clients accordingly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Market Research.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data evaluation and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to understand and address detailed client requirements.
• Educational qualification – a relevant degree (BTech, BSc, or equivalent preferred).
• Immediate availability for a full-time role.
