Be the founder’s right hand on key strategic decisions, business planning, and high-leverage problem-solving.
Take early GTM ideas and turn them into experiments, then into playbooks.
Drive initiatives across sales, partnerships, operations, and customer experience.
Sales, Growth & Partnerships
Support or lead early sales efforts — demos, pitches, onboarding.
Build relationships with key healthcare players: hospitals, labs, insurers, pharma, startups.
Explore and execute new channels for growth — outbound, partnerships, events, etc.
Business Operations & Systems
Build scalable internal processes (e.g., CRM, lead funnels, dashboards, vendor mgmt).
Own internal projects like setting up workflows, tools, and SOPs across teams.
Handle cross-functional coordination — product <> ops <> sales <> marketing.
Research & Intelligence
Conduct deep-dives on new markets, competitors, or product opportunities.
Help with investor updates, decks, and key narrative-building for external storytelling.
Track internal metrics and ensure team alignment on OKRs.
Product & Customer Insights
Stay close to early users and convert feedback into actionable insights.
Collaborate with the product team to refine roadmap priorities.
Support early product launches, onboarding flows, and adoption experiments.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in fast-paced environments: startups, consulting, VC, or strategy/ops roles.
Strong preference for experience in healthcare: healthtech, diagnostics, insurance, pharma, B2B2C platforms, etc.
You’re scrappy, structured, and obsessed with execution.
Can operate autonomously, ruthlessly prioritize, and communicate clearly.
Bonus: exposure to early sales or B2B partnerships is a win.
