Job Description
Key Responsibilities I. Partner Acquisition & Network Development • Identify, evaluate, and onboard Reseller, VAR, ISV, and Consulting partners across India and global markets. • Buifd a strong Tier-I & Tier-2 partner network for enterprise Saas products. • Drive partner sourcing strategies via events, associations, digital networks, and existing ecosystems. 2. Partner Program & Governance • Define and manage the Partner Program structure, tiers, enablement processes, commission models, MDF, partner scorecards, and SLAs. • Create, refine, and optimize partner policies, terms, and commercial constructs, ensuring transparency and scalability. • Ensure contractual compliance and alignment with organizational goals. 3. Partner Performance & Revenue Ownership • Own partner-sourced revenue and.activation targets (monthly/quarterly). • Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and monitor partner health using CRM tools. • Drive partner enablement through training, certifications, product demos, and co-selling activities. 4. Joint GTM & Ecosystem Development • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans, co-branding initiatives, and reseller campaigns.
