Founded by Aayush Agarwal who previously spent 2 years building out Zepto, Snabbit has commenced operations in a few clusters in Mumbai and is expanding rapidly. Are you ready to lead and redefine the services game in one of Mumbai&#39;s most vibrant clusters?</div> <div>Key Responsibilities:<br /> * Communicate with users via chat and phone within the expected turnaround time (primarily in English; proficiency in Marathi and Hindi is a bonus).<br /> * Acknowledge and resolve all customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly.<br /> * Liaise with other departments to communicate user problems and ensure timely resolutions.<br /> * Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.<br /> * Stay updated on product knowledge and changes to assist customers effectively.<br /> * Document user feedback and communicate it to relevant teams.<br /> * Strive for high customer satisfaction and meet all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regarding response times and satisfaction rates.</div> <div>Work Timings:<br /> We provide 14 hours of customer support. Your work schedule will depend on the roster created for you.<br /> You will be required to work 9-hour shifts with one rotational weekly off.<br /> This is not a remote role.</div> <div>Requirements:<br /> * Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.<br /> * Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi and Marathi is a plus.<br /> * Ability to multitask effectively.<br /> * Open to both experienced candidates and freshers.<br /> * Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.</div>
