Communicate with Musashi internal departments to ensure customer requests are met.
- Key account management and timely response towards customers expectations & timely closure of key issues.
- Good knowledge of SAP system for planning & forecasting
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and potential customers
- Operate as primary point of contact for key account stakeholders.
- Monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan and sales forecast preparation along with new business targets.
- Logical Discussion with Client and internal stake holders
