Job Description
SAVP – Corporate HR, Band 4
Key Responsibility Areas:
Performance Management:
- Participate in the performance management process with regard to goal setting, performance discussions, yearly reviews, and consequence management
- Coach, counsel, and enable managers at various stages of the Perfect Process and monitor progress
- Build awareness and understanding of the KRAs among the employees, educate on the performance management philosophy and ensure timely and accurate implementation of the performance management processes
- Maintain HR databases and systems, anchor annual salary review.
- Conduct market bench marking and analysis
Compensation and Benefits Management:
- Lead and manage C&B process as per business requirement and aligning with the corporate C&B guidelines
- Bench marking business compensation and payout structure
- Lead the annual increment, promotions and manpower budget exercise.
- Employee benefits & Insurance for employees
Talent Acquisition for corporate functions:
- Lead hiring for Investment and Corporate Functions.
Statutory Compliances and Industrial Relations:
-Exposure in Industrial relation and compliances will be an added advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
Looking for candidates from BFSI Industry background
6 - 8 years relevant experience
MBA/PGDM
Age should not be more than 35 years
