The role sits at the intersection of content and marketing, owning the lifecycle from brand identification to acquisition to campaign delivery and performance reporting.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Key Responsibilities:</div> <div><br /> Drive Brand Integration Revenue<br /> Drive revenue through brand integrations by building and managing a robust pipeline of prospective partners, identifying integration-led monetization opportunities across shows and formats, and closing commercially sound deals.</div> <div><br /> Develop Integration-Led Solutions<br /> Conceptualize and sell customized brand integration solutions including in-show placements, sponsored episodes, title partnerships, multi-show packages, and ad inventory. Craft persuasive pitch narratives, proposals, and client-facing decks aligned to campaign objectives.</div> <div><br /> Lead End-to-End Integration Execution<br /> Own the development and delivery of integrated campaigns by aligning cross-functional stakeholders, translating integration objectives into actionable briefs, and ensuring timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are consistently met.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Use Data to Strengthen Integration Impact<br /> Leverage audience insights and performance metrics to shape proposals, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and deliver performance reports that reinforce the value of integration-led partnerships.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Requirements<br /> ● MBA or Master&rsquo;s degree from a top institution (IIMs, MICA, NIFT, or equivalent); undergrad degree also from a top institution (IITs, SRCC, LSR, NIFT, MICA or equivalent)<br /> ● 2&ndash;4 years of experience in OTT/media sales and/or brand solutions<br /> ● Proven track record of driving B2B revenue through branded content, integrations, or media partnerships<br /> ● Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build compelling proposals and close deals<br /> ● Creative and strategic mindset to develop insight-led brand integration ideas aligned with storytelling<br /> ● Data-driven approach, comfortable working with performance metrics and campaign insights<br /> ● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and campaigns with high ownership and execution focus</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<br /> ● A growth-oriented, commercially sharp professional<br /> ● Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills<br /> ● Structured thinker with a bias for action<br /> ● Ability to balance storytelling sensitivity with business objectives<br /> ● Someone who thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div>
