Senior Backend Developer (Bangalore)

Job Summary

The Senior Backend Developer will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing backend services and systems. This position is integral to ensuring the scalability, security, and efficiency of our technology solutions. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that drive the organization’s success.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Implement and manage cloud services using AWS DevOps for scalable application deployment.
• Develop, test, and deploy microservices using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Create and optimize SQL queries and database schemas for PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Work on API development and integration, ensuring seamless communication between various services and platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AWS or Azure or GCP DevOps and cloud services.
• Strong experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Development and database management with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience with API Integration and working with Database APIs such as Supabase and Firebase.
• Proficient in programming languages such as TypeScript and Python.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from top-tier college.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Next.js for server-side rendering and building robust applications.
• Experience in developing scalable applications using Supabase APIs.
• Knowledge of frontend development to facilitate better collaboration with frontend teams.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in backend development.
• Proven track record of working on large-scale distributed systems and cloud-based applications.

• Based in Bangalore.
