<p>Job Description - Technical Project Manager</p>

<p>IMPACT AT EVOCS</p>
<p>As Project Manager, you will oversee multiple client-facing projects on a regular</p>
<p>basis to gather requirements, acting as the client advocate in meetings and</p>
<p>requirements gathering sessions, delegating activities to appropriate stakeholders,</p>
<p>and communicating progress of activities to Leadership on a weekly basis. A</p>
<p>successful candidate is an agile leader with the ability to support multiple projects at</p>
<p>once and has a technical background in an operations organization.</p>
<p>WHAT YOU WILL DO | JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</p>
<p>In this role, you will:</p>
<p>●</p>
<p>Own and manage the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning,</p>
<p>execution, monitoring, and closure.</p>
<p>●</p>
<p>Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies for</p>
<p>enterprise technology initiatives.</p>
<p>●</p>
<p>Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and</p>
<p>business objectives.</p>
<p>●</p>
<p>Oversee technical implementations, integrations, and migrations, ensuring</p>
<p>successful delivery.</p>
<p>●</p>
<p>Provide clear communication and reporting to stakeholders at all levels,</p>
<p>including executive leadership.●</p>
<p>Analyze existing business and technology processes to identify inefficiencies,</p>
<p>redundancies, and gaps.</p>
<p>●</p>
<p>Design and implement improved workflows, leveraging automation and</p>
<p>system integrations where applicable.</p>
<p>●</p>
<p>Develop process documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support</p>
<p>change management efforts.</p>
<p>●</p>
<p>Utilize data-driven approaches to measure process performance and</p>
<p>continuously optimize outcomes.</p>
<p>WHAT YOU WILL BRING | REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS | YOUR PROFILE</p>
<p>The top candidate will have the following skills:</p>
<p>●</p>
<p>Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, BusinessManagement,</p>
<p>Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience</p>
<p>●</p>
<p>PMP certification strongly preferred</p>
<p>●</p>
<p>8+ years of experience in Project or Program Management in a technical field</p>
<p>●</p>
<p>Data Center, high-tech, or rapid growth industry experience is required</p>
<p>●</p>
<p>Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 360Suite – Excel, Word, Power Point,</p>
<p>Project, and Visio</p>
<p>●</p>
<p>Proficient in SharePoint, Smartsheet’s, and Adobe Acrobat Pro</p>
<p>●</p>
<p>Prior experience with ITIL, CMDB, CMMS, CMS, and HTML knowledgebase</p>
<p>software is preferred</p>
<p>●</p>
<p>Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking, and decision-making skills</p>
<p>●</p>
<p>Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and team</p>
<p>leadership</p>
<p>●</p>
<p>Ability to predict challenges and proactively minimize roadblocks</p>
<p>●</p>
<p>Demonstrated IT project management experience is required●</p>
<p>Experience working in or consulting for Bain, BCG, or McKinsey is strongly</p>
<p>preferred</p>
<p>●</p>
<p>Comfortable working EMEA hours</p>
