AD - GSC Performance Program Lead (Open)

Job Summary

The GSC Performance Program Lead acts as the single point of accountability for the delivery of projects, strategies, and services for GSC processes and functions related to performance management. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective execution of performance initiatives that align with the organization's goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the business delivery of GSC Performance Projects, including the replacement of existing dashboard tools and future implementations of advanced analytics and AI.
  • Support Performance Managers by ensuring regular support and the running of existing performance processes and meetings.
  • Develop and maintain strong networks and partnerships with cross-functional teams, building trusted relationships with Performance leads across the GSC.
  • Collaborate with Tech and Data teams to manage new demand, standard work, and governance using agile methodologies, including SAFe and Scrum.
  • Partner with tech products and business functions to enable the delivery of project activities.
  • Manage the performance of performance projects, initiatives, and services, acting as the business owner in partnership with Tech product managers.
  • Serve as the escalation point for performance-related issues concerning systems and processes.
  • Work with GSC performance teams to add value through innovative uses of technology, utilizing industry best practices and benchmarking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and performance management.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies, including SAFe and Scrum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams.
  • Experience in project management and budget management.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics and AI technologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with performance management tools and dashboard implementations.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with financial management and budgeting processes.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in performance management, project management, or supply chain management.

Environment

  • The position is based in Bengaluru, Luxor North Tower, and operates in a hybrid work mode, combining both in-office and remote work.

Salary

  • Estimated salary range: ₹8,500,000.
