Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing
Job Summary
The Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing will play a crucial role in planning and managing digital campaigns to drive performance and return on investment (ROI). This position is integral to the organization’s goals, focusing on enhancing lead flow and revenue through effective digital marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Plan & Manage Digital Campaigns: Execute full-funnel digital media plans across platforms like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn with a strong focus on performance and ROI.
- Coordinate with Creative & Tech Teams: Collaborate with agencies and internal teams for creative development and landing page execution to ensure high conversion rates.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Liaise with business marketing, pre-sales, and sales teams to drive lead flow and ensure seamless funnel movement.
- Support Reporting & Insights: Prepare and analyze campaign, lead, and sales funnel reports using Excel and other tools to drive decision-making.
- Manage CRM Processes: Utilize CRM platforms to extract reports, monitor lead journeys, and flag data gaps or duplication issues.
- Drive Revenue Through Marketing: Actively contribute toward achieving digital-led revenue targets (~1000 Cr.) by aligning marketing efforts with sales outcomes.
- Bring Real Estate Marketing Expertise: Apply knowledge of the real estate category to tailor digital strategies for high-intent property buyers.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: 4+ years in digital marketing within a real estate company (preferably listed) or with a digital agency serving real estate clientele.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and CRM tools (like Salesforce, Leadsquared, HubSpot).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with real estate buyer personas and funnel strategies.
