Executive - Audit, Nigeria

Job Summary

As Executive – Audit, you will be responsible for auditing the company’s operations in Nigeria, Ghana, and Kenya. This role requires proficiency in leading and executing audit projects across these countries, involving travel and data analysis to support findings.

Responsibilities

• Execute audit projects according to the annual planned and unplanned audit calendar, conducting data analysis to support findings.
• Clearly understand and define audit scopes, identify risks, conduct data analysis, and execute audits, including making audit reports and discussing them with process owners.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely execution of audits and preparation of audit reports.
• Travel to distributors, customers, vendors, and other relevant locations for audit purposes.

Qualifications

• Education: CA Inter / ICWA / MBA or Equivalent.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in data analysis for audit purposes.
  • Experience in the implementation and checking of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Knowledge of fraud investigation techniques.
  • Understanding of IT systems relevant to auditing.
  • Strong report writing skills and ability to discuss findings with management.
  • Working experience with SAP, MS Excel, and other relevant software.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Internal Audit within a manufacturing company.
